On Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at about 5:25 PM officers were dispatched to 1671 Indiana Ave, Vincennes in reference to David Lockhart intoxicated in the neighbor’s backyard. The neighbor advised he told David to leave, but that David would not leave.

David Lockhart was located in the backyard intoxicated at 1671 Indiana Ave. David Lockhart refused to leave the property and he was arrested for Public Intoxication and Criminal Trespassing.

On the above date and time, a Vincennes Police Officer arrested wanted person Seth Baxter Ratcliffe, 23, of Vincennes, IN at a location in the 1400 Block of N. 6th St.Vincennes, IN . Ratcliffe was arrested for an outstanding Knox County Superior II Court Warrant for Failure to Appear. Ratcliffe is being held in the Knox County Jail without bond pending court appearance.

DETAILS: Officers were dispatched to a family fight at 502 Bowman Terrace. Officers located Candace R. Taylor and Robert Chanley. During the investigation items associated with drug use were located in an infant’s bedroom. Candace was arrested for the following:

Neglect of a Dependent

Possession of Paraphernalia (2 Counts)

Possession of Methamphetamine

Maintaining a Common Nuisance

Robert was arrested for the following:

Visiting a Common Nuisance

Both subjects were booked into the Knox County Jail.

DETAILS: Michael Lane, 34 years old of Vincennes, was arrested

And charged with 4 counts of theft after an investigation revealed

He had been involved in multiple drive-off complaints from local

Gas stations. Lane was lodged at the Knox County Jail pending bond

And a scheduled court appearance in Knox Superior Court II.

On the above stated date and time, a Vincennes Police Officer was attending court in the Knox County Superior II courtroom when he observed 33 year old Antwan Lavell Johnson of Vincennes, INin the courtroom. Knowing Johnson was wanted, the Officer took Johnson into custody on a Knox County Superior I Court Warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine and Driving While Suspended-Prior. Johnson is being held in the Knox County Jail on $6500 cash only bond.

Resisting Law Enforcement, A Misdemeanor

Trespass(Vehicle), B Misdemeanor

Rodney Sherman was detained by Vincennes Police as a suspect in unlawfully entering several vehicles on S 4th St. Sherman was intoxicated and resisted officers, resulting in his arrest on the above charges.

Grant was arrested for a Knox County Superior II Court Warrant for a Possession of Marijuana Probation Violation. Grant is being held in the Knox County Jail without bond pending court appearance.

Was taken into custody without incident and is being held pending a court appearance in Knox Superior Court II. Zuniga is being held without bond.
