DETAILS:

On the above date and time, a Vincennes Police Officer observed wanted person, Sarah Dawn Eakins, 36, of Vincennes, IN standing outside a residence in the 600 Block of Church St. Eakins was arrested for a Knox County Superior II Court Warrant for Failure to Appear on Disorderly Conduct charges. Eakins is being held in the Knox County Jail without bond pending court appearance.

ARRESTED: Joshua R Slone age 20 from Vincennes

DETAILS: Officers responded to 420 S 10th in regards to harassment. Upon arrival Mr. Slone was located and found to have an active warrant out of WarsawIN for check deception. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Knox Co jail and booked in on the Warrant charge.

NATURE OF INCIDENT: Intoxication Person

ARRESTED: Shepard N. Dunn III 27YO Vincennes, Indiana

CHARGE: Public Intoxication

On Monday, May 26, 2014 at about 5:31 PM officers were dispatched to the Hardees’s parking lot 1906 Hart St., Vincennes, IN. ref to a gold colored SUV on the lot and an unconscious male inside the vehicle.

Shepard Dunn was located in the vehicle with the engine shut off and the vehicle not running. He showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to the Knox County Jail and lodged.

NATURE OF INCIDENT: Traffic Offense

DETAILS:

On the above date and time, a Vincennes Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on a 1995 GMC Jimmy at 5th St. and Harrison St.; operated by Vanessa Marie Delgado, 22, of Lawrenceville, IL. Delgado was found to have never received a driver’s license. Delgado was arrested for Operator Never Licensed, a class C misdemeanor and was warned for Failure to Signal Intent to Turn. Delgado is being held in the Knox County Jail on $2000 bond.

NATURE OF INCIDENT: Sex Offender Registry Violation

DETAILS:

On the above date and time, Vincennes Police Officers became aware of Matthew Adam Lewis Davis, 22, of Pekin, IL who was currently residing at an apartment house in the 700 Block of Scott St. Vincennes, IN. Davis was found to be a listed as a Sexually Violent Predator through Illinois and was not in compliance with his registry requirements. It was also found that Davis had not registered his sex offender status in Knox County, IN since moving to Vincennes. Officers responded to the home and arrested Davis for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, a class D felony and Failure to Maintain Proper Identification as a Sex Offender, a class A misdemeanor. Davis is being held in the Knox County Jail on a $6500 cash only bond.

-Operating While Intoxicated/Previous Conviction

Vincennes Police went to the EconoLodge at 6th & Old Wheatland to locate a wanted subject, David Cordero. Cordero was located and arrested without incident. He was transported to the Knox County Jail where he will await extradition to Washington County, Indiana.
