Charge; Operating a Motor Vehicle while Intoxicated Level 6 Felony

Friday 9/12/14 VPD Officer stopped a Golf Cart near Day and Eberwine in Vincennes. The Cart did not have any lights or any other safety markings. The driver was found to be the above listed subject. There was probable cause to believe the driver was intoxicated. After a blood test at the Good Samaritan hospital, Mr. Burton was found to have alcohol and other illegal narcotics in his system. He was transported to the Knox county Jail and lodged for Operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated level 6 Felony.

DETAILS: Mr. Mcnew was stopped at 19th & Hart for a traffic offense. He was found to be intoxicated. He was transported to the Hospital where he failed the chemical test at .22. He was then transported to the Knox Co jail and booked in for DUI.

Vincennes Police stopped a vehicle occupied by Robert Lee Fox near Raymond & Niblack. Fox had an active warrant for his arrest and was arrested and transported to the Knox County Jail.

DETAILS: Officers of the Vincennes Police Department responded to 617 N 2nd Street in reference to a report of a Hispanic male on the property attempting to start a fight. Officers arrived in the area and identified the male as Jose Isidro, 20, transient. Mr. Isidro had been trespassed from the property previously. Mr. Isidro was arrested for criminal trespass and transported to the KnoxCountyLawEnforcementCenter.

Ivers is being held in the Knox County Jail without bond pending court appearance.

Weber was arrested on an outstanding Knox County Superior I Court Warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Carrying a Handgun Without a Permit. Weber is being held in the Knox County Jail on $5000 bond.

ARRESTED: Thomas Faustino age 22 from Winter haven Fl

DETAILS: Officers responded to a hit an run accident at 7th & Hart. The vehicle that fled the scene was located at 2nd & Shelby with the driver still inside the vehicle. Mr. Faustino was placed under arrest for DUI Refusal and leaving the Scene of a Property damage accident. He was transported to the Knox Co jail and booked in on the above charges.
