On the above date and time, a Vincennes Police Officer arrested Zachary J. Carter, 25, of Vincennes, IN for Driving While Suspended-Prior, a class A misdemeanor, after he was found operating a motorcycle at Wabash Ave. and N. 11th St. Carter was also cited for No Proof of Financial Responsibility, No Registration Plates, and Failure to Stop for a Stop Sign. Carter is being held in the Knox County Jail on $4000 bond.

NATURE OF INCIDENT: PD Accident & Intoxicated Driver

ARRETED: Joshua P. Davidson 29YO Vincennes, Indiana

CHARGE: Operating with BAC of .08+ %

On Friday 08-08-14 at about 8:35 PM officer observed a white colored F-150 Ford pickup traveling west on Willow, when the vehicle attempt to turn left (south) on 15th and the vehicle hit a utility pole at the intersection.

The driver of the vehicle showed signs of intoxication and was offered a Chemical Test. The driver, failed the chemical test and was arrested for Operating a vehicle while intoxicated. The driver, Joshua Davidson was lodged in the Knox County Jail.

ARRESTED: Mary Ann Gray 51YO Vincennes, Indiana

CHARGE: Domestic Battery

On Friday, 08-08-14 at 9:19 PM officers responded to the area of 13th & Bayou at 1305 Bayou in reference to a family fight. Officer arrived and made contact with Mary Ann Gray & Terry Sills. Mr. Sills had injuries he had received from Mary Ann Gray’s assault of Mr. Sills.

Mary Ann Gray was arrested for Domestic Battery and transported to the Knox County Jail and lodged.

On the above date and time, a Vincennes Police Officer arrested 20 year old Elijah R. Carnahan in the 1200 Block of Busseron St. Vincennes, IN, after a week long residential burglary investigation. Carnahan was arrested for Residential Burglary, a class 4 felony. Carnahan is being held in the Knox County Jail on a $15,000 cash only bond.

Arnett was arrested for Driving While Suspended-Prior, a class A misdemeanor. Arnett is being held in the Knox County Jail on $4000 bond.

On the above date and time, a Vincennes Police Officer arrested 20 year old Cody Christopher Jones of Vincennes, IN at a residence in the 2200 Block of Main St. Jones was arrested for a Knox County Superior II Court Warrant for Failure to Appear on charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor. Jones is being held in the Knox County Jail without bond pending court appearance.

Charges: Cultivation/Sale of Marijuana, A Misdemeanor

Possession of Marijuana, B Misdemeanor

Possession of Paraphernalia, B Misdemeanor

While on routine patrol, Officer Halter observed marijuana plants growing at a residence near 10th & Wabash. The plants were in view of traffic on 10th St. The investigation resulted in the arrest of the resident, Cassandra Reed, on the above charges. Reed was booked into the Knox County Jail.

Charge: Operating w/BAC .08-.14, C Misdemeanor

Vincennes Police observed Ryan Cox riding a motorcycle in the area of 11th & Harrison and stopped him for traffic violations. The officers discovered that Cox had been drinking alcohol, and Cox was subsequently arrested for Operating with a BAC between .08 and .14. He was booked into the Knox County Jail.

ARRESTED: Reagan T Winkles age 22 from Battle Ground IN

DETAILS: Officers were checking the memorial grounds for possible underage drinking and located several juveniles along with Ms Winkles. Ms Winkles was placed under arrest for furnishing alcohol to a minor a Level 5 Felony due to the age of the Juvenile. She was transported to the Knox Co Jail and booked in on the above charge.

DETAILS: Officers of the Vincennes Police Department conducted a traffic stop at 11th and St. Clair on a brown 2002 Pontiac passenger car. The driver of the vehicle, Megan A Burnette, 34, Vincennes, was found to be suspended prior. Ms. Burnette was arrested for the charge and transported to the KCLEC.
