ARRESTED: Dominique R Holmes age 21 from Indianapolis

DETAILS: Officers responded to Denny’s in regards to several subjects had left without paying. Officers located Ms Holmes at the store and she refused to pay. She began to be combative and was placed under arrest for resisting law Enforcement and theft. She was transported to the Knox co jail and booked in on the above charges.

DETAILS:

On the above date and time, a Vincennes Police Officer and Knox County Sheriff’s Deputy investigated an intoxicated driver after a traffic stop was conducted on his vehicle on US 41 Northbound at Hart St.Vincennes, IN. The driver, 49 year old Kenneth J. Phillippe was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated and Possession of a Controlled Substance, both class A misdemeanors. Phillippe is being held in the Knox County Jail on $4000 bond.

On the above date and time, a Vincennes Police Officer located and arrested 35 year old Derek Martin Smith for an outstanding Knox County Superior I Court Child Support Obligation Warrant at his residence in Building 12 of the Maple Park Apartments Vincennes, IN. Smith is being held in the Knox County Jail on $4,810.43 bond.

On the above date and time, the Vincennes Police Department participated in a joint arrest warrant execution with the Michigan City, IN Police Department and the United States Marshal’s Service. Arrested in the 500 Block of Kessinger St. was Michael Dangelo Williams, 20, of Michigan City, IN for two outstanding warrants for Class C Felony Dealing in Marijuana from Michigan City, IN charges. Williams was then returned to Michigan City from Knox County, IN by Michigan City PD Officers.

On Wednesday 11-05-2014 at about 5:20 p.m. VPD was informed of intoxicated persons in the area of 13th & Prairie pulling signs out of yards. While officers were en route, further information was that the subjects were coming up to 13th & Willow. Subjs were located on the parking lot at 13th & Willow. Both Juan Camarillo & Blaine Davis had been consuming alcoholic beverages and was intoxicated. Blaine Davis took off running and was apprehended several blocks away. Juan Camarillo & Blaine Davis were transported to the Knox County Jail and lodged on the above charges.

Danielle Goodwin had previously been informed by management on July 19, 2012 that she, Danielle M. Goodman was not allowed on the property and if she returned she would be arrested.

Danielle Marie Goodwin 35 year old was arrested for Trespassing, transported to the Knox County Jail and lodged.

On Wed 11-05-2014 at about 3:46 PM Officers dispatched to Walgreens at 505 College Ave in reference to a Shoplifter. Officers arrived on the scene and made contact with Chasity Lee Davis. She was found to have Walgreens property in her possession along with Methamphetamine & Paraphernalia. As officers tried to make an arrest on Chasity Davis, she resisted and officers subdued her and transported her to the Knox County Jail where she was lodged.

(3) No registration of Motorcycle

(4) No Financial Responsibility

(5) Possession of Paraphernalia

(6) Possession of Marijuana

On Wednesday, November 5th, 2014 at about 8:02 PM a traffic stop was made on a moped driven by Michael Wayne Strohschein on a Hart Street for not having a working head light. Further investigation found that the vehicle was not a moped, but actually a motorcycle. Michael Strohschein was found to have marijuana & paraphernalia in his possession. Michael W. Strohschein was arrested for the drugs charges and transported to the Knox County Jail. He was also issued citations for the traffic offenses.
